Darker Evenings are Coming & Bright Lights Will Warm Up Your Facade

Brace yourselves, Chicagoans! I know it feels too early to talk about winter but as any sports fan knows (welcome back, NLF! My fantasy team is some how winning 🤣 ), the best defense is a good offense! We at Floral Bar are helping clients all across Chicagoland make their yards brighter for those dark nights.

That's right, we're talking about LANDSCAPE LIGHTING.

While the beautiful blooms of spring summer and fall rest and rejuvenate, lighting helps keep our outdoor spaces accessible even through the dark evenings and early sunsets of Chicago Winter.

Halloween is coming, and we're not just thinking about spooky people-skeletons but also the sturdy skeletons of our yards' deciduous trees! Our lights highlight the beautiful structures of our trees' trunks and branches that are so starkly visible only during winter.

Not only does lighting help with maintaining usable and beautiful outdoor space even in the darker seasons, it also can improve quality of life in terms of safety! This year we installed a series of lights flanking a client's long driveway, which before was difficult to navigate after dark. But that's not all! These lights are programmable, and the client has said she plans to use different colors to go with the coming holidays of Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
